I believe that if you keep yourself in excellent physical condition by being disciplined and creative in your workouts, you can improve all aspects of your life.  Here are some examples of fitness programs I have been involved with:
  • Running, Lifting, Stretching, Spinning, Marathons (Gary has completed 8 marathons in the past 6 years!)
  • Getting back in shape – especially for those over 40 years old
  • Implemented a 30-second motivational video program called ‘Follow the G
